Ben is a client‑focused advisor who helps owners and leadership teams turn financial information into clear decisions and measurable outcomes. As Co‑Chair of Boyer & Ritter’s Small & Entrepreneurial Business Services group, Ben guides closely held and emerging companies through day‑to‑day finance, year‑round tax planning, and situational advisory—from entity structuring and cash‑flow optimization to credit and incentive strategies.

Ben also serves construction and real estate clients across Pennsylvania and neighboring states, bringing practical insight to project and portfolio decisions, revenue recognition nuances, capital planning, and stakeholder reporting. Known for his responsiveness and calm under pressure, Ben works as an extension of management, aligning tax, assurance, and operational priorities so owners can focus on growth.

He is the Principal in Charge of Boyer & Ritter’s Chambersburg office, leading local market strategy, talent development, and client service.
