Overview
Dave is Chair of the firm's Nonprofit Services group. He has more than 22 years of experience in providing auditing, accounting, and tax services to governmental and charitable organizations, community foundations, and other not-for-profit organizations. Dave also supports the Government Services groups. He has significant experience servicing clients with Single Audit Act requirements.
External Audit
- Developing and implementing engagement work plans in order to successfully complete both financial and compliance audits
- Performing audit procedures to gain sufficient knowledge to support the audit opinion issued
- Preparing and reviewing clients’ financial statements
- Providing advice, information, and research to clients to assist in their management responsibilities
Tax Services
- Preparing federal and state tax filings for not-for-profit organizations
