Pat provides tax and accounting services for businesses and individuals. He has worked with clients in multiple industries, and has prepared and reviewed income tax returns in over forty states. His previous employment experience includes working as a part of the tax department at a national firm.
Tax Services
- Income tax preparation and review experience for individual, C and S corporations, partnerships, nonprofits, trusts and gift tax returns
- Experience in multi-state sales tax compliance per Wayfair court decision sales tax landscape
- Experience in review of interstate activities to determine nexus
- Knowledge of various research databases, including CCH Intelliconnect, Bloomberg Tax Advantage, IBISWorld and research experience within databases to ensure client compliance with the law
- Experience in review of tax notices and preparation of responses to federal and various state taxing authorities
- Experience in individual tax planning calculations and projections
- Serves as a resource to professionals at the firm to assist with internal and external tax questions
- Experience in Cryptocurrency tax reporting and legislative issues
