Promotions announced by Boyer & Ritter include a new Manager, 8 Supervisors & 6 Senior Associates

CAMP HILL, PA – Boyer & Ritter CPAs and Consultants is proud to announce the promotions of 15 accounting professionals. Mark W. Banks as Manager, as well as a number of new Supervisors and Senior Associates.

Mark W. Banks, CPA, CFE, MAFF has been promoted to Manager. Banks joined the firm in 2018 and is a key member of Boyer & Ritter’s Advisory Services group as well as the business relief services team. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Accounting from Pennsylvania State University in 2014 and Master of Accountancy in 2015 from the university’s Smeal College of Business.

Promoted to Supervisor:

Kailee A. Hirschbock: Kailee joined the firm in 2020. She attended Shippensburg University and earned an MBA and a BSBA in Accounting in 2017. She has experience working with a wide range of clients, including individuals, automobile dealerships, employee benefit plans, and small businesses.

David A. Bourne: David joined the firm in 2017 after serving as an intern. He attended Penn State University and earned a BS in Accounting. He provides accounting, auditing, tax, and management consulting services for a variety of clients and industry groups, including government, not-for-profit, automobile dealerships, construction, various closely held business clients, and individual tax returns.

Patrick T.R. Charvat: Pat, a CPA, joined the firm in 2019. He attended Susquehanna University and earned a BS in Accounting. Pat provides tax and accounting services for businesses and individuals.

Allison Wilson: Allison, a CPA, joined the firm in 2018 after serving as an intern. She attended Shippensburg University and earned a BS in Accounting and Management Information Systems. She has experience working with not-for-profit organizations and various businesses.

Daniel J. Ryan: Dan joined the firm in 2016. He attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania and earned a BS in Accounting. Dan is a member of the firm’s Employee Benefit Plan Audits practice group and has experience working with construction and real estate and closely held businesses.

Emily Roman: Emily, a CPA, joined the firm in 2016. She attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania and earned a BS in Accounting. Emily assists clients in various industries including Not-for-Profit, Governmental, and Construction, with her main focus being Employee Benefit Plan Audits.

Charles H. Evans, IV: Chip, a CPA, joined the firm in 2017. He attended Bloomsburg University and earned a Master’s and a BBA in Accounting. Chip provides audit, accounting, and tax services for a variety of clients, with a focus on automotive dealerships and employee benefit plans.

Tanner Dixon: Tanner joined the firm in 2017. He attended Susquehanna University and earned a BS in Accounting. He has experience working with various business clients in account reconciliation and assisting with accounting software issues.

Promoted to Senior Associate:

MacKenna and Geneka Mahan: The sisters joined the firm in 2020 after interning with the firm in summer 2019. They earned a BS in Business Administration in 2018 and Master of Accountancy in 2019 from Bloomsburg University, where they were members of the Phi Kappa Phi and Beta Gamma Sigma honor societies.

James Farano: James, a CPA, joined the firm in 2019. He earned an Associates in Business Administration-Accounting from Lehigh Carbon Community College in 2016 and a Master of Accountancy in 2019 and a BS in Accounting in 2018 from Bloomsburg University.

Zachary Foust: Zachary joined the firm in 2019. He earned an MBA in 2019 and a BS in Accounting in 2018 from Juniata College. He has internship experience in assisting with capitalization projects, processing inventory and developing develop accounts payable receipts. Foust won the Charles M. Rice Accounting Prize in 2018, awarded to seniors who are outstanding in accounting.

Janvi Girish joined the firm in 2020. She graduated magna cum laude with dual BS degrees in Accounting and Information Systems from Pennsylvania State University in 2018. Janvi has tax accounting internship experience with BDO and the Select Medical Corporation. 

Kyle Taylor: Kyle joined the firm in 2019 after serving as an intern. He attended Shippensburg University and earned a BS in Accounting.­ Kyle has experience working with for-profit organizations such as construction companies, not-for-profit organizations, and governmental entities. He is a member of the firm’s Advisory Services Group.

Boyer & Ritter also recently announced the promotions of three new Principals and a Director.
