Matthew S. Wildasin

Matt helps guide Boyer & Ritter’s strategic direction as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and its Growth Officer. In these roles, he works across practice areas to connect the firm’s capabilities with evolving client needs, strengthen business development efforts and support sustainable growth.

He also provides leadership in two of the firm’s key industry groups. Matt chairs Boyer & Ritter’s Government Services Group and co-chairs the Manufacturing Services Group.

Matt has extensive experience serving government entities, including townships, boroughs and school districts. He provides audit and consulting services and helps clients navigate financial reporting requirements, newly issued standards and the accountability that comes with managing public resources. His experience includes audits of earned income tax funds and engagements involving Pennsylvania Acts 511, 50, 24, 166, 72 and Act 32. Matt also serves as a technical reviewer for the Government Finance Officers Association’s Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting program.

In the manufacturing sector, Matt works with firm leaders to understand the issues affecting manufacturers and connect clients with the right accounting, tax and advisory resources. His broader leadership perspective helps ensure the firm looks beyond an immediate engagement to understand each organization’s goals, challenges and opportunities.

Across his client and firm leadership roles, Matt is known for bringing people together, asking practical questions and keeping attention focused on what matters most. He believes growth is strongest when it is supported by clear priorities, accountability and an understanding of how decisions affect the broader organization.
