Rich has more than 30 years of experience working with companies of all sizes across a variety of industries, including technology, construction, healthcare, manufacturing, and home improvement. He has a proven track record of delivering results for his clients, helping them increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.

Prior to starting 425 Consulting, Rich Berry was a CPA and worked at Microsoft, where he was responsible for the financial processes, systems, and reporting worldwide.

As a consultant, Rich is known for his analytical approach and his ability to quickly identify opportunities for improvement. He is also highly skilled at developing and implementing effective strategies that drive growth and profitability.

Rich is a graduate of the University of Washington, where he earned a degree in business administration. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and spending time with friends and family.
