Overview
Nate is a senior member of the firm's Dealership Services group. For over 15 years, he has provided a range of services to dealerships, nonprofits, and other closely-held businesses. Nate has gravitated towards the unique challenges and opportunities within the automotive industry. In addition to providing tax, accounting and consulting advice, Nate assists with merger and acquisition opportunities and dealership valuation engagements. These engagements have ranged from single-point domestic dealerships to multi-point high line groups with $1+ billion in sales.
Nate has spoken at various Pennsylvania Automotive Association Controller group meetings on a range of topics including automotive accounting best practices, sales tax audit issues, and tangible property regulations.
External Audit
- Developing and implementing engagement work plans in order to successfully complete audits
- Performing audit procedures to gain sufficient knowledge to support the audit opinion issued
- Preparing clients’ financial statements
- Providing advice, information, and research to clients to assist in their management responsibilities
Tax Services
- Performing accounting services for closely-held businesses in preparation for annual tax filings
- Preparing federal and state tax filings for closely held corporations, partnerships, fiduciaries, and individuals
