Morgan Harker

Morgan Harker is a Senior Associate in Boyer & Ritter’s State College office, where she supports nonprofit and governmental organizations with audit preparation, documentation practices, and financial tracking. She helps clients translate technical requirements into practical, manageable solutions that strengthen their financial processes.

Morgan brings experience evaluating internal controls and auditing financial statements, giving her a thoughtful understanding of the reporting and compliance needs facing mission-driven organizations. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Shippensburg University, with degrees in Accounting, Human Resources Management, and Marketing.
