Boyer & Ritter congratulates 2023 leadership program graduates: Scott Koman and Allison Wilson

CAMP HILL, PA –Boyer & Ritter managers Scott A. Koman and Allison Wilson recently graduated from two area leadership programs focused on empowering professionals to make a difference beyond their immediate professional sphere, creating positive change and contributing to the overall well-being of the region.

Scott Koman, a CPA who joined the firm in 2015, graduated from Leadership Harrisburg Area, Community Leadership Series. He is a key member of the firm’s Advisory Services Group and has also obtained credentials as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF), and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). Koman earned a BS in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania with a major in accounting and minors in economics and marketing.

Allison Wilson, a CPA who joined the firm in 2018 after serving as an intern, graduated from Leadership Cumberland. She attended Shippensburg University and earned a BS in Accounting and Management Information Systems. Wilson has experience working with nonprofit organizations and manufacturing businesses. She also conducts compliance and System & Organization Control (SOC) audits.

Both leadership programs allow participants to work with area nonprofits and learn about the central Pennsylvania community's needs and ways they can help. The Harrisburg program formed in 1986 and boasts more than 1,200 business alums, while Cumberland was formed in 1989 and has more than 550 alums.
