Tammy brings over 15 years of experience at Microsoft in leading financial management and reporting, risk assessment and mitigation, and developing finance-specific engineering requirements and process design initiatives. During this time, she was recognized for her strong leadership skills and ability to inspire teams to deliver exceptional value while driving efficiency and reducing risk. Tammy was regularly called upon for her unique ability to lead critical large-scale projects while providing financial and technical expertise.

Her expertise includes strategic planning and tactical execution, executive influencing and presentations, financial management and planning, complex project coordination, relationship development, operational risk management, budget development and oversight, technical accounting, continual process improvement (CQI), and Lean/Six Sigma techniques.

Tammy has a proven track record of delivering new business models and productivity gains through her strong business process/capability design and analytical skills. In addition to her professional achievements, Tammy is also an amateur home designer, avid reader, and occasional dirt biker who enjoys spending her free time camping and exploring the diverse scenery and towns of the Pacific Northwest.
