Stephanie Martz

Stephanie comes to Boyer Ritter with 27 years of vast Dealership experience in both accounting and operations rising through the ranks serving as Financial Controller, CFO, General Manager, and eventually President of the Automotive Group.

She was a key contributor to the creation of a Corporate Management Company, centralizing Dealership Administrative functions with a specialty in Accounting Processes, Internal Controls, Cash, and Balance Sheet Management. Her background in the development of operational budgets and benchmarking led to a transition to dealership operations where she utilized data to drive operational decisions.

Stephanie’s leadership roles have developed a passion for collaboration and helping others grow to achieve success. As a manager in the firm’s Dealership group, Stephanie hopes to share that passion combined with her broad industry knowledge with our Dealer clients in an Advisory capacity.
