Jeremy D. Medernach

Jeremy began his career with Boyer & Ritter in 2002. He’s the primary client contact for accounting, attest, tax and business advisory services and coordinates the execution of all services for the engagement.  Jeremy has significant experience providing these services to closely held and family businesses in a variety of industries.

Dealership

Jeremy provides audit, attest and business advisory services to auto dealerships throughout Mid-Atlantic. He has always been a “financial mechanic” and likes restoring things that can be improved. He looks for ways to identify and employ best practices others may not consider. He works closely with the dealership on process improvement and internal controls to advise on office operations. Jeremy also assists dealerships to gain tax efficiencies working through cost segregation and partial asset dispositions.

School Districts

Jeremy provides audit and attest services to school districts throughout central Pennsylvania. He brings a comprehensive understanding of the economics, operations and historical and predictive trends affecting schools in the Commonwealth. He has extensive knowledge of the single audit requirements and has presented seminars on the topic at the PICPA events.

Personal

He enjoys the outdoors, whether playing with his two young sons, working in his vegetable garden, taking on house projects, or traveling with his family. He also fills out his days cheering on the Boston Red Sox and Philadelphia Eagles.
