Overview
Scott has more than 30 years of accounting and auditing experience in private and public accounting. He is a member of the firm’s Government and Nonprofit practice Groups.
Scott previously worked for The Hershey Company, most recently as an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Finance Analyst. During his tenure, he also worked with the company’s domestic and international teams and managed numerous internal audit projects.
External Audit
- Developing and implementing engagement work plans in order to successfully complete audits
- Performing audit procedures to gain sufficient knowledge to support the audit opinion issued
- Preparing clients’ financial statements
- Providing advice, information, and research to clients to assist in their management responsibilities
- Serving as a team member for large and complex audits
Tax Services
- Performing accounting services for closely held businesses in preparation for annual tax filings
- Preparing federal and state tax filings for closely held corporations and partnerships
