Kate brings nearly two decades of experience leading finance teams at Microsoft and joined 425 Consulting in 2021. Her large enterprise experience includes complete financial management of internal business units, process analysis, gap assessment, and implementation of improvements. Kate has a keen eye for identifying weak or inefficient systems and processes and understands how to implement corrective action. 

She is recognized for strategic thinking, business acumen, and establishing cross-functional partnerships to deliver results. Kate is well-versed in leading and managing teams through changing business environments.

Kate has a degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Washington and an MBA from Seattle University.
