Jen has more than 25 years of human resources and recruiting experience with a focus in strategic human resource management.
Jen is a forward-thinking professional, constantly seeking to develop and implement human resources programs that address business problems and support long-term objectives. She prioritizes the recruitment and retention of the right people and provides ethical and cultural leadership. Jen focuses on supporting the execution of the firm’s growth strategy and the ongoing development of each Boyer & Ritter professional.
Jen serves on several strategic and cultural teams at Boyer & Ritter. She chairs the firm’s Personnel Committee, which focuses on addressing the challenges and needs of our team members. Jen also participates on the firm’s Culture Committee.
