CAMP HILL, PA – Jay A. Goldman, who chairs Boyer & Ritter’s Dealership Group and has more than 30 years of public accounting experience, has joined the firm’s Executive Committee.

Goldman assumes the seat previously held by Principal Paul D. Fisher, who will focus on managing the significant growth of the Construction and Real Estate Services Group, which he chairs.

“Paul has been an extremely valuable member of the Executive Committee for the last 12 years’’ said Boyer & Ritter CEO Robert J. Murphy, CPA, CVA/ABV. “We will continue to rely on his insights and expertise moving forward, even as he devotes his attention to managing the continued success of the Construction and Real Estate Services Group.”

Goldman, whose dealership expertise includes working with clients on merger and acquisition opportunities, consulting projects and assisting in dealership valuation engagements, said he was honored to join the Executive Committee.

“I want to thank my colleagues for their support and trust in naming me to the Executive Committee,’’ Goldman said. “Boyer & Ritter has a great team, and I feel privileged to have the opportunity to help it continue to grow and meet the ever-changing needs of our clients.’’
