Boyer & Ritter’s Emily Roman named among Central Penn Business Journal’s 2025 Women of Influence honorees
CAMP HILL, PA – Boyer & Ritter is pleased to announce Emily Roman, a Manager in the firm’s Construction Industry Group and Employee Benefit Plan Services Group, is among the 36 women recognized by the Central Penn Business Journal as a 2025 Woman of Influence honoree.
“This recognition reflects the many people who have supported and inspired me throughout my journey,’’ said Roman, a CPA who joined Boyer & Ritter in 2016. “I’m proud to be part of a community that values leadership, service, and lifting others — and I remain committed to mentoring and empowering the next generation of leaders.”

Roman, who graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Accounting, rose rapidly to manager and demonstrated an exemplary commitment to community service.
While at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, she volunteered with Autism Speaks IUP and the Phi Gamma Nu Professional Business Fraternity. Today, Roman serves as the nonprofit board treasurer for the Joseph T. Simpson Public Library and previously served on the steering committee of United Way Lead. Impact. Network. Change., or LINC.
The CPBJ editorial staff said Women of Influence identifies high-achieving women for their tremendous career accomplishments. Honorees are selected based on professional experience, community involvement, and a commitment to mentoring.
This year's Women of Influence will be honored on June 25 at a celebration at the Sheraton Harrisburg Hershey Hotel, 4650 Lindle Road. Registration and networking begin at 5 p.m., and dinner and the awards program start at 6 p.m.
