Boyer & Ritter’s Allison Wilson among nominees for 36th Annual YWCA of Greater Harrisburg Tribute to Women of Excellence

CAMP HILL, PA – Boyer & Ritter is pleased to announce that Allison Wilson, a Manager with the firm, is among the 25 women nominated for the YWCA of Greater Harrisburg’s 36th Annual Tribute to Women of Excellence awards.

"I am deeply honored to be recognized among such an incredible group of women who are making a difference in our community,’’ said Wilson, a CPA who joined Boyer & Ritter in 2019. “This recognition shows the collective impact we can achieve when we lift each other up and work together to create positive change."

Following a decades long commitment, Boyer & Ritter again hosted and sponsored a private reception at the YWCA in January to honor this year’s outstanding class of women who have contributed so much to their community. Wilson serves on the Tri-County Community Action board, helping to shape programs addressing poverty, housing, and education, and is a member of The Bridges Society. Additionally, she is involved with the United Way of the Capital Region, volunteering as a “pre-reviewer” for the Grant Review Committee and assisting in securing funds for area nonprofits. She is a 2023 graduate of Leadership Cumberland.

Over the last 35 years, the Tribute to Women of Excellence awards ceremony has honored almost 800 women for their contributions to the workplace and community. The annual event has also raised hundreds of thousands of dollars in support of YWCA programs.
