Overview

Diane has over 30 years of service at Boyer & Ritter, providing direction and oversight to the Support Services team and firm operations. She provides managerial leadership and guidance to the team, aligning with overall Firm objectives and providing exceptional client service.

As Director of Operations, Diane’s role includes:

  • Establish and optimize team integration and collaboration
  • Manage workloads and deadlines
  • Ensure daily staffing levels and cross-training is adequate
  • Increase effectiveness and efficiency of operations and workflows by identifying, recommending and implementing process improvements as a champion of change
  • Manage full scope of training and development of administrative support staff and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, performance evaluations and career opportunities
  • Prepare and analyze productivity reports for the executive committee
  • Research and provide recommendations to the executive committee for technology and workflow advancements
