Director of Support Services


Diane has nearly 30 years of service at Boyer & Ritter providing direction and oversight to the Support Services Group. She provides managerial leadership and guidance to the team in facilitating all core duties and objectives in alignment with overall Firm objectives as well as the pursuit of exceptional client service and success.

As Director of Support Services, Diane’s role includes:

  • Establish and optimize team integration and collaboration
  • Manage workloads and deadlines
  • Ensure daily staffing levels and cross-training is adequate
  • Increase effectiveness and efficiency of operations and workflows by identifying, recommending and implementing process improvements as a champion of change
  • Manage full scope of training and development of administrative support staff and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, performance evaluations and career opportunities
  • Prepare and analyze productivity reports for the executive committee
  • Research and provide recommendations to the executive committee for technology and workflow advancements
