Accounting Today again names Boyer & Ritter among nation’s top “Best Firms for Young Accountants”
CAMP HILL, PA – Boyer & Ritter ranked 10th in the “Best Firms for Young Accountants” for 2025 by Accounting Today – one of only three Pennsylvania firms included in the top 20 nationwide list.
To qualify for the competition, all firms initially were named among Accounting Today’s “2025 Best Firms to Work For” in an assessment process done by independent research firm Best Companies Group. Qualifying firms also had to have at least 15 employees under 30, with firms of 150 or more having 10% of employees under 30.
Earlier this year, Best Companies named the Boyer & Ritter among the “2025 Best Places to Work for Women.” Career research website Vault-Firsthand also listed the firm’s internship program as among the best in the country for the second time, and Boyer & Ritter received a 2025 PA Chamber’s Greatest Places to Intern in PA award.

Accounting Today previously named Boyer & Ritter among the nation’s best firms to work for in 2023 and 2024, and among the best for young accountants in 2023. The selection process is partly based on an anonymous employee engagement and satisfaction survey.
For the “Best Firms for Young Accountants” designation, firms need an 80% average positive response for employees under age 30 in the survey responses.
