Boyer & Ritter welcomes returning Senior Associate, New Manager, Supervisors, and Associates as firm continues to grow

CAMP HILL, PA – Boyer & Ritter is pleased to welcome several talented professionals to its team, including a returning senior associate and new hires across multiple levels of the firm.

Manager

Caleb S. Robbins, CPA
Robbins joins the firm’s Manufacturing and Construction practice groups. He brings extensive public accounting experience from firms in both Pennsylvania and Virginia, where he rose to manager. His background includes client audits, analysis of internal controls, and engagements across industries such as SEC banking, employee benefit plans, government contracting, and manufacturing and distribution. He earned a BA in Accounting from Lycoming College.

Supervisors

Melissa Carter
Carter joins the firm’s Dealership practice group, having previously served as senior controller for an area car dealership and as CFO for a medical device company. She earned an Associate’s in Accounting and Business Management and a BS in Accounting from ICM.

Darren Bailey, CPA
Bailey joins Boyer & Ritter’s Tax department with considerable public accounting experience, specializing in corporate, partnership, individual, trust, estate, and payroll taxation. Most recently, he was a senior tax accountant with a York-based firm. He earned a BS in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Management from Shippensburg University.

Senior Associate

Tanner J. Dixon
Dixon returns to Boyer & Ritter’s Government team after serving as assistant business manager for the Hempfield School District. During his prior tenure with the firm, he supervised audit engagements for local governments. A graduate of Susquehanna University’s Sigmund Weis School of Business, Dixon earned a BS in Accounting and was a member of the university’s Division III basketball team, earning honors from the National Association of Basketball Coaches Student-Athlete Honors Court.

Associates

Chloe Clemons
Clemons joins Boyer & Ritter’s State College office after serving as a compliance coordinator for the Central Pennsylvania Scholarship Fund and working for an accounting firm in Tyrone, PA, where she prepared corporate and individual tax returns. She holds a BS in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting from Mount Aloysius College.

Sara Saand
Saand volunteered as a tax preparer for the Vita Tax Clinic in Washington, D.C., helping low-income families and individuals file their tax returns. She also worked with the Department of the Navy – Foreign Investment Review team at the Pentagon for her Accounting Capstone, focusing on Variable Interest Entities. She earned a BS in Accounting with a Finance Concentration from the George Washington University. She will work from the firm’s Chambersburg office.
