Boyer & Ritter wins ClearlyRated 2024 Best Of Accounting Award for service excellence for a fourth consecutive year
CAMP HILL, PA – After receiving top survey scores, Boyer & Ritter won a ClearlyRated Best of Accounting® Award for superior service – marking the fourth consecutive time the accounting firm has received the honor.
ClearlyRated's Best of Accounting is the nation’s only service excellence award for the accounting industry, leveraging third-party validated survey responses from accounting firm clients.
More than 30 percent of Boyer & Ritter’s clients responded, giving the firm satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 89.7% of their clients, significantly higher than the industry’s average of 56% in 2023. Additionally, the firm achieved a Net Promoter® Score of 88.2%, which is also significantly higher than the industry's average of 41% in 2023.
