Boyer & Ritter strengthens talent development and finance teams with key hires

CAMP HILL, PA – With an eye toward enhancing the firm’s development of future leaders and maintaining strong financial operations, Boyer & Ritter has announced a new Talent Development Coordinator and hired a new Senior Accountant for its internal finance team.

• Emily Consoletti has been named Talent Development Coordinator. Consoletti joined Boyer & Ritter in 2021 and earned a BS in Accounting with a secondary emphasis in Communication and an MBA from Juniata College. During her four-and-a-half years with the firm, in addition to serving clients, she has played a key role in Boyer & Ritter University, helping shape training programs and professional development initiatives for team members across the firm.

In her new role, Consoletti will partner with practice groups to enhance training and development opportunities, lead the coordination of firmwide learning initiatives, and support compliance and participation across all training programs.

• Jessica Brautigam has joined Boyer & Ritter's internal Finance team as a Senior Accountant. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Marketing, magna cum laude, from West Chester University. Prior to joining the firm, Brautigam served as a senior accountant in financial accounting and controllership for a commercial truck leasing company.

Boyer & Ritter Managing Partner Lisa Myers said the new positions enhance the firm's ability to develop future leaders, support team members, and maintain strong financial operations.
