Boyer & Ritter promotes Supervisor to new Assistant Controller role

CAMP HILL, PA – Boyer & Ritter is pleased to announce the promotion of Supervisor MacKenna S. Leib to a newly created position as the firm’s Assistant Controller.

Leib, a CPA who came to Boyer & Ritter in 2019, previously worked in the firm’s Employee Benefit Plan and Auto Dealership groups.

As Assistant Controller, Leib will help manage the financial activities and operations of Boyer & Ritter, including financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, operational support, and process improvement. 

“MacKenna has been an invaluable member of our production team, and we are confident that she will excel in this new role,’’ said Managing Partner Lisa Myers. “This expansion is a significant step forward for our finance department and reflects our commitment to enhancing our internal operations for the benefit of our clients.”

Leib earned a BS in Accounting and Fraud Examination and a Master of Accountancy from Bloomsburg University. While at Bloomsburg, she captained the university’s field hockey team and was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi and Beta Gamma Sigma honor societies.
