Best Companies Group names Boyer & Ritter among “2025 Best Places to Work for Women”
CAMP HILL, PA – Boyer & Ritter ranks among Best Companies Group's “2025 Best Places to Work for Women” following a survey-based competition that focused on the experiences of women within each company’s workforce.
Best Companies Group, an independent research firm, partnered with BridgeTower Media on the survey and award. Winners and final rankings will be announced at a free virtual celebration at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, September 30.

Earlier this year, Boyer & Ritter was named among Accounting Today’s 2025 “Best Accounting Firms to Work For,” a designation that followed a selection process by Best Companies Group. Winners and rankings are scheduled for release in September as well. In 2024, Best Companies ranked Boyer & Ritter 8th nationally on the “Best Accounting Firms to Work For” list of midsized employers (50-249 employees) and 3rd among best medium-sized companies to work for in PA.
Boyer & Ritter was recently named among the PA Chamber’s “Greatest Places to Intern,” and in 2024, the firm was named 6th in Accounting Today’s top 10 “Best Firms for Young Accountants” and one of the 39 “2024 Best HR Teams in America" in rankings by Best Company Group. Additionally, in 2023, career research website Vault-Firsthand ranked Boyer & Ritter’s internship program 9th out of the 25 top programs in the accounting industry nationwide.
