Boyer & Ritter again named among Best Places to Work for Women

CAMP HILL, PA (July 21, 2026) – Boyer & Ritter LLC has again been named among the nation’s “Best Places to Work for Women” by Best Companies Group, following a survey-based awards program recognizing organizations that support positive workplace experiences for women.
The 2026 awards are presented by Best Companies Group in partnership with BridgeTower Media. Boyer & Ritter is included in the medium companies category, which recognizes organizations with 50 to 249 employees. Final rankings will be announced during a free virtual celebration on Sept. 24.
“We are honored to again be recognized as one of the Best Places to Work for Women,” said Lisa Myers, managing partner of Boyer & Ritter. “This recognition is meaningful because it reflects the culture of our team and is grounded in respect, opportunity, flexibility and professional growth.”
The Best Places to Work for Women program recognizes companies across the United States based on employee survey results, with a focus on the experiences of women within each organization’s workforce.
“At a time when attracting and retaining talented professionals remains a priority across the accounting profession, we are proud that our people continue to see Boyer & Ritter as a place where they can grow, lead and make an impact,” Myers said.
Boyer & Ritter has earned multiple workplace recognitions in recent years, including being named among Accounting Today’s “Best Accounting Firms to Work For,” the PA Chamber’s “Greatest Places to Intern,” and Vault-Firsthand’s top accounting internship programs.
