Accounting Today again names Boyer & Ritter among "Best Accounting Firms to Work For"

CAMP HILL, PA – Boyer & Ritter LLC is ranked 8th among Accounting Today’s 2024 “Best Accounting Firms to Work For,” following a selection process by the independent research firm Best Companies Group. The list is based on an anonymous employee engagement and satisfaction survey and an employer questionnaire about benefits, policies, and demographics.

In 2023, Best Companies Group ranked Boyer & Ritter 25th on the “Best Accounting Firms to Work For” list.

Accounting Today plans to publish the rankings of the 2024 honorees in September.

Last year, Boyer & Ritter was also named 7th in Accounting Today’s top 10 “Best Firms for Young Accountants” and one of the 49 “2023 Best HR Teams in America" in rankings by Best Company Group. Additionally, career research website Vault-Firsthand ranked Boyer & Ritter’s internship program 9th out of the 25 top programs in the accounting industry nationwide.
