Boyer & Ritter named 4th among best medium-sized companies to work for in PA
CAMP HILL, PA – Accounting and advisory firm Boyer & Ritter was named fourth among medium-sized companies ranked in the “Best Places to Work in PA” following an independent evaluation of employee satisfaction and workplace practices. This is the 16th consecutive year Boyer & Ritter has earned recognition on the list of Best Places to Work in PA.
Over 40 companies with 100-249 workers made the final list of medium-sized organizations in the contest, organized by Central Penn Business Journal and Lehigh Valley Business, and judged by independent researcher, Best Companies Group.
Rankings were derived from a detailed employee survey, contributing 75 percent to the overall score, complemented by a thorough analysis of each company's workplace policies, practices, and demographics.
