CAMP HILL, PA (May 22, 2026) Boyer & Ritter Director Mark Banks recently graduated from Leadership Harrisburg Area’s Community Leadership Series, a program that provides decision-makers with valuable insights into the region’s most pressing issues and opportunities.

The Leadership Harrisburg Area program allows participants to engage with nonprofit organizations and gain a deeper understanding of the Central Pennsylvania community and ways to support it.

Banks heads the firm’s System and Organization Controls (SOC) services group, which conducts specialized audits of a company’s policies, procedures, internal controls, and information technology. In addition to being a CPA, he is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF). Since joining the firm in 2018, he has worked with clients to strengthen internal controls, improve processes, and address complex compliance challenges.

As part of the program, he was part of a collaborative team with other regional leaders to develop solutions that support community organizations and initiatives.

“Mark’s commitment to professional excellence and community engagement reflects the values we prioritize at Boyer & Ritter,” said Lisa Myers, Managing Partner. “We’re proud of his accomplishment and the impact he continues to make in our region.”

Established in 1986, Leadership Harrisburg Area has developed more than 1,400 business and community leaders through its programs, which emphasize civic engagement and regional impact.
