Overview
Adam provides accounting, auditing, tax, and business consulting to clients in a variety of industries, including small business, government, not-for-profit, and other closely-held businesses. Before joining Boyer & Ritter in 2017, Adam served as an accountant with Waggoner, Frutiger & Daub LLP.
Tax Services
- Prepare and review federal and state income tax returns for individuals and businesses
- Prepare business tax returns
- Act as a resource for staff and principals with handling internal and external tax questions
- Perform complex tax research and assist with preparing research memoranda, written correspondence/guidance, and other documents for submission to clients, IRS, or other taxing authorities
- Analyze tax notices and draft responses
- Assist with the in-house training of individual tax return
- Assist with the workflow and coordination of individual tax returns
- Assist with the completion of cost segregation studies in accordance with the tangible property regulations
