A Message from our CEO


Happy New Year, clients and friends. I hope this message finds you all well.

COVID-19 has disrupted lives and operations for everyone. Businesses throughout our nation have suffered severe economic strain and for many, the losses continue. Since March 2020, Boyer & Ritter has been at the forefront of helping business leaders understand the SBA’s multiple programs and funding options for relief. We have assisted clients in applying for PPP lending, we provided a free workbook tool for PPP loan forgiveness planning, we presented open webinars, and we offered courtesy access to our task force experts for general clarifications and questions. We are fortunate to have a high level of experience and expertise on the Boyer & Ritter team, and we are privileged to provide it to assist businesses across the United States.

With the December 2020 COVID-19 relief package, Boyer & Ritter's business relief services team is poised to continue to assist. Our firm has the tools and capabilities to support your business in helping to understand new PPP eligibility criteria, new relief legislation, and assist with the new round of loan applications. Tax Season 2021

As we enter the 2021 tax season, Boyer & Ritter continues to follow guidance from the medical experts and government authorities to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. Considering the upcoming tax deadline and all relief initiatives extended to businesses, maintaining operations is our top priority, along with the health and safety of our employees, clients, and vendors.

Similar to the protocol we introduced in March, Boyer & Ritter is continuing the following to proactively counter the spread of COVID-19 while serving clients:

  1. You should mail or send data through our client portal rather than stop by the office.
    1. Our secure online portal – Please reach out to your tax preparer to help you arrange access through our secure portal. Additionally, we urge you to take advantage of the option to e-sign and receive e-delivery of your tax returns.
    2. Other options – Each of our offices is set-up up with a drop-box, mail slot, or drop-off table for your tax information outside of or immediately inside the office front doors. Please communicate with your tax preparer if you mail or drop off your documents.
  2. Boyer & Ritter personnel are primarily working virtually to serve you. In situations where electronic communication is problematic, we will schedule and utilize appropriate safety protocols.

We recommend where possible, please conduct virtual meetings. Our technological capability enables everyone on our team to work seamlessly from remote locations.
