Boyer & Ritter’s Accounting 4Leaders Series seeks highly talented accounting majors who will relish the opportunity to experience a career within one of the fastest growing Firms in southcentral PA. The “Boyer & Ritter Accounting 4Leaders Series” offers programs for Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, and Senior accounting students.
“The Externship Connection”
Boyer & Ritter’s Externship level 1 program consists of a day-long experience for freshman, sophomore, and junior accounting majors to gain an understanding of public accounting and consulting services as well as exposure to Boyer & Ritter teams, our work, and our culture in the firm’s Camp Hill, PA headquarters. Program highlights include: “pennants of pride”- an overview of our firm culture, a team-building event, “get to know the staff” picnic, and “ask-away Q&A.”

Requirements for Application:
- Students who have completed their freshman or sophomore year of a 4 year and 150 credit track program or students who have completed their sophomore or junior year who will be enrolling in a Masters degree program in order to obtain 150 credits.
- Declared Accounting Major
- Proven leadership on and off campus
- Please indicate your graduation date for obtaining 150 credits.

Boyer & Ritter offers a 5 week summer internship program that provides exposure to multiple specialty practices within our firm. Our focus is to give our interns an insight on what sets Boyer & Ritter apart from other public accounting firms. Our program provides a comprehensive view of the profession of public accounting while offering an opportunity to learn and be a part of a truly great team.
Boyer & Ritter requires that candidates for our Tax Season Internship Program have previously completed an Individual Tax course (Advanced Individual Tax course a plus) to be considered for this internship opportunity. We offer a flexible internship for those Juniors/Seniors who are seeking hands-on experience preparing individual tax returns. Our tax mentors will teach and guide you along the way. This internship requires a minimum of 25 hours a week availability.
