Professional History

Bill is a partner in the State College office where he provides accounting, auditing, tax and management consulting services for a variety of clients and industry groups. He began his career with Boyer & Ritter in 1981 and has been promoted through the years.

Professional Activities

Bill is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).

He received a Certificate of Educational Achievement from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants in recognition of successful completion of an integrated program in Governmental Accounting and Auditing.

He is also an active board member of the Lewistown Rotary Club, the Mifflin-Juniata United Way, the Mifflin County Industrial Development Corporation and the Juniata Valley Estate Planning Council. In addition, Bill has participated on numerous committees of these organizations.
