Professional History
Jim is a partner in the Camp Hill office and is the firm’s Coordinator of Accounting and Auditing Services. He is responsible for the implementation of the firm’s accounting and auditing approaches and provides firm-wide technical support and quality control review on most of the Firm’s audit and accounting engagements.
Jim is also involved in the development and teaching of professional and educational courses. He is responsible for the firm’s quality control review program and has performed peer reviews through the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant’s Peer Review Program.
Jim earned the Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) credential, which keeps him current on technology issues related to the accounting profession.
Professional Activities
Jim is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). Jim also serves on the PICPA Peer Review Committee which is responsible for implementing the AICPA’s peer review program in Pennsylvania and Delaware. He attends various national AICPA conferences including the National Not-for-profit Conference.
Jim is an active member of the Kiwanis Club and various youth service leadership programs in the West Shore and East Pennsboro School Districts. He is also the Kiwanis Youth Advisor to the Red Land High School Key Club, Crossroads Middle School Builders Club, and the East Pennsboro Elementary School K-Kids Club. He is a part of the East Pennsboro Area School District Business Advisory Council and the Community Service and Outreach Committees. Jim is also part of the Executive Leadership Council of Pre-K Counts Public-Private Partnership for Educational Success.
