Paul D. Fisher, CPA
Paul is a principal in Boyer & Ritter’s Camp Hill office where he provides accounting, auditing, tax and management consulting services to a variety of clients and industry groups.
He is a key member of the firm’s Construction and Real Estate Services Group as well as B&R’s Employee Benefit Plan Services Group. Paul oversees the quality of the firm’s employee benefit plan audit practice as required by membership in the AICPA’s Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center. He is also a member of B&R’s Executive Committee.
Paul is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. A member of the firm since 1992, he has been promoted through the years to his current position.
Paul is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). He is a Past-President of the South Central Chapter of the PICPA and is a member of its Committee on Legislation and a Trustee of the CPA-PAC.
Paul is the Treasurer of the Cleve J. Fredricksen Library, the largest library in the Cumberland County Library System. He also a member of the Construction Financial Management Association, the American Subcontractors Association and the Associated Builders and Contractors Inc., and currently serves on the advisory board of the McGladrey Construction and Real Estate Network.
He has attended numerous AICPA National Employee Benefit Plan Conferences and has served as a seminar instructor for audits of employee benefit plans.
