Professional History
Chuck is a partner in Boyer & Ritter’s Chambersburg Office where he provides accounting, auditing, tax and management consulting services to a variety of clients and industry groups.
He began his public accounting career in 1980 and in July 1999 he became a partner.
Professional Activities
Chuck is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), and the Maryland Society of Accountants. He has served on the PICPA Local Government Accounting and Auditing Committee. Chuck also attends numerous conferences on governmental and not-for-profit accounting and auditing.
He is a Board member of the Franklin County United Way and its 2007 Campaign Chairman, an Advisory Board member of Penn State University, Mont Alto Campus, Board member of Chambersburg Area Development Corporation, and an active member of the Kiwanis Club of Downtown Chambersburg.
