B&R University

We understand the challenge of transitioning from the classroom to the workplace or from one accounting firm to another. When new employees join our firm, we make this adjustment as comfortable as possible. All new employees attend B&R University, our in-house development program that offers extensive training for every facet of our practice. The technical training provided covers a range of tailored practical skills as well as our firm's mission, goals, and other internal systems.
