Professional History
Romulus C. Comly, CPA is a manager in the State College office of Boyer & Ritter where he provides accounting, auditing, tax and management consulting services for a variety of clients.
He serves as the in-charge accountant on a variety of engagements of for-profit, governmental and non-profit entities and has extensive experience working with clients subject to the Single Audit Act.
A graduate of Penn State University, he began his career with Boyer & Ritter in 2000.
Professional Affiliations
Romulus is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and (PICPA). He is currently serving as a member of the finance committee of the Downtown State College Improvement District.
