Boyer & Ritter has been headquartered in the Harrisburg area since 1925.   We are located at 211 House Avenue adjacent to U.S. Route 11 North in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.

The business focus of the Camp Hill Office is that of a general practice serving a clientele ranging from the individual taxpayer to the multi-million dollar corporation.  The scope of the office’s practice includes traditional accounting and tax services; estate, tax, retirement and personal financial planning; forensic accounting; litigation support; business valuations and consulting services.  We have distinguished ourselves by continuously providing our clients with professional services of superior value.

Through our national affiliations with entities such as McGladrey & Pullen, LLP, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, and the AutoCPA Group and through local community involvement, we have built relationships with and have earned the respect of leaders in the financial, legal and general business communities.

Michael J. Menear is a partner in the Camp Hill Office where he provides accounting, auditing, tax, and management consulting services for a variety of industry groups.  He began his career with a large national public accounting firm in 1970 after graduating from Penn State University, joined Boyer & Ritter in 1973 and was admitted as a partner in 1976.  Mike has served the Firm as the Director of Accounting and Auditing, and as a member of the Technology, Personnel, and Executive Committees.  Mike has served on numerous Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants committees and is a frequent speaker for trade associations and regional businesses.

Robert J. Murphy is a partner in the Camp Hill Office.  Bob joined the firm in 1980 and became a partner in 1991.  He handles a wide range of closely-held businesses and has earned the designation of Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).  He performs business valuations and provides litigation support services.  Bob is currently a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee.  He enjoys golf and coaches several youth soccer and softball teams.

James K. Pasquarette is a partner in the Camp Hill Office.  Jim is the Firm’s Coordinator of Accounting and Auditing Services.  He is responsible for the implementation of the Firm’s auditing approach and provides firm-wide technical support.  He is also involved in the development and teaching of professional education courses.  Jim is responsible for the Firm’s quality control review program and has performed peer reviews through the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant’s Peer Review Program.

Thomas W. Pestke is the Firm's managing partner.  He is also a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee.  He provides audit, tax, accounting, and management consulting services for a variety of clients and industry groups.  He began his career with B&R in 1978 and was admitted to the partnership in 1982.

Daniel P. Thompson is a partner in the Camp Hill Office.  Dan joined the Firm in 1978 and became a partner in 1988.  He handles a variety of closely-held businesses with concentrations in automobile, manufacturing, and construction-related industries.  He is a member of numerous professional associations including the American Subcontractors Association and the Harrisburg Automotive Trade Association.  He is past chair and currently a Director of the AutoCPA Group.

Lisa A. Myers is a partner in the Camp Hill Office.  Lisa is the Firm’s Director of Public Sector Services.  She oversees and has directional responsibilities for all public sector services offered to Boyer & Ritter’s governmental and not-for-profit clients.  Additionally, Lisa is currently the Partner-in-Charge of Personnel.  She is an active member, director and officer of the Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations (PANO), serves as an officer of the South Central Chapter of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, member of the Accounting Advisory Committee for Harrisburg Area Community College, as well as the Pennsylvania Association of School Business Officials (PASBO).
